If your purchased coins are not showing in your account, please try the following steps:

- Ensure the purchase was completed successfully.

- Restart the app to refresh your account.

If the issue persists, contact us at support@unmix.audio with your purchase details (e.g., receipt or transaction ID). We’ll assist you promptly!

To log in, follow these steps:

- Open the app and go to the login screen.

- Choose either "Continue with Apple" or "Continue with Gmail/Email".

- Follow the prompts to authenticate your account.

- Once completed, you’ll be logged in and can start unMixing your audio video files immediately!

Files are automatically deleted from our servers after 2 days. Only cached copies will remain on your device. Be sure to save your results!

If you want to Isolate vocals from individual artists and instruments, follow the steps given below:-

- Open the unMix app.

- Click on the (+) button present lower menu bar.

- Upload your song or link of the song.

- Select the option 'Vocalist Separator' and click on upload and your song will be isolated.

Simple coins allows you to separate small song parts, upto 3 min. Premium coins allow processing the audio or video file of upto 30 min. With Premium Coins you can also separate file into 5 and 6 stems and seprate of vocals of various artists from a song.

unMix allows you to separate vocals and instruments from audio or video files. As a new user, you receive 3 simple coins for free.

To download the extracted audio, follow the steps below:-

- Click on the music you have edited.

- You'll see the download button against the separated tracks (vocals and instruments) .

- Click on the download button and your file will be downloaded to your device.

unMix allows you to separate vocals and instruments from the music or any audio file.

Follow the steps given below to separate your vocals and instruments from the music:-

Open the unMix app.

Click on the (+) button present lower menu bar.

Upload your audio or video file or a link.

Select whether you want to separate the song into 2,3,4,5 or 6 tracks and vocalist separator.

Click on upload and your song will be isolated.

Use your isolated tracks to create acapella versions, vlogs, content creators, remixes, karaoke tracks, or unique soundscapes.

unMix allows you to separate vocals and instruments from the music. In the free version you will get 3 songs for free and in the premium version you will get songs according to the package you choose. To purchase songs,: - Click on the "Account" icon on the botton panel. - Click on the “Buy coins” option. - You can choose and purchase the package that you need.

If you are using the free coins, then it allows you to split the audio file of upto 3 minutes. But if you use the Premium coins then it will allow you to split file of 30 minutes duration
