Subscription Policy

Subscription Services

unMix offers certain features through subscription-based plans with recurring billing (“Subscription”). Available plans, pricing, and billing frequency are displayed clearly at the time of purchase within the app/website.

Billing & Renewal

Your subscription begins on the date of purchase (“Subscription Start Date”) and remains active for the selected billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. The applicable subscription fee and taxes will be charged to your payment method on file at the start of each new billing period.

Cancellation

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store, Google Play or PayPal account settings. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not affect access to subscription features until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable and are governed by the refund policies of the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store or PayPal).

Failure to Renew

If a subscription renewal payment fails or the subscription expires, access to subscription-based features will be paused until the subscription is renewed.

Coins & One-Time Purchases

unMix may also offer one-time in-app purchases such as coins. These purchases are separate from subscriptions. Activating or canceling a subscription does not extend, refund, or convert previously purchased coins unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

Changes to Subscription Plans

We may update subscription offerings, pricing, or features from time to time. Any changes will be communicated within the app and will apply to future billing cycles as required by applicable laws and platform policies.
