unMix offers coin-based in-app purchases, which are exhaustible digital products used to access specific features within the app. We encourage users to try the app and available previews before purchasing coins.

No Refunds for Used Coins

Once coins are purchased and any portion of them is used, the purchase becomes non-refundable, as exhaustible digital products cannot be returned or restored once consumed.

Eligible Refund Scenarios

A refund may be considered in the following cases:

• Coins were purchased more than once by mistake and no coins were used from the duplicate purchase.

• Coins were not successfully credited to the user’s account due to a technical issue, and the issue could not be resolved after contacting support.
